Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with 2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in R, Python, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, AWS Transcribe, AWS Polly, and Lambda is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large, unstructured datasets using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful patterns and insights.

2. Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve business challenges, optimize processes, and drive decision-making across the organization.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mobile App engineers to implement data-driven solutions and integrate machine learning models into production environments.

4. Utilize AWS ML / GenAI and Lambda to build scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment frameworks.

5. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and optimization of models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.

6. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations, reports, and presentations.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Proven experience (2 years) in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development.

• Experience with AWS ML / GenAI technologies for building and deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment.

• Strong understanding of data visualization techniques, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.

• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
